Delivered throughout the month, learners of the program receive access to the on-line EI competency cards and audio recordings explaining each competency and how they show up in your leadership performance.
The EILP4P by Bobi Seredich is an annual curriculum of strategic, digital content designed to improve your self-awareness, self-regulation, emotional connections and overall personal leadership excellence.
This isn’t another on-line leadership program, it’s about going deeper to the heart of what drives your leadership performance and what is holding you back from your highest potential.
Specific team exercises for each EI competency so you can start to bring this valuable learning content to your organization in order to build a stronger team. At SWIEI we believe becoming a mentor or coach of EI tools and concepts is the best way to really practice it. As leaders in your organization, people model what you do more than listen to what you say.
Bobi hosts a monthly Live-Event via Zoom for 1-hour with EI content related to one of the competencies. She identifies the relevancy to what is happening in our current business environment (there are 12 EI Competencies covered throughout the year).
If you are not able to attend the Live-Event you can review a recording and download a PDF of the slides from the site.
You will only have access to Live-Events during your subscription.
During the Live-Event you have an opportunity to ask Bobi questions.
At any time you can converse with Bobi “Ask the Coach” forum on the site.
There is an EI Competency Card quiz in the EILP4P and a certificate of completion for each participant. *
* If you sign-up for a 6-Month or Annual Subscription, you will receive a set of the 12 E.I. Competency Cards mailed to you, and you will be able to sign up for an initial Zoom coaching call with Bobi to discuss your leadership strengths and challenges so she can guide you through the program to achieve the best outcome.
